Fly ash as a by-product of power plant which has been polluting the earth environment, has been classified into solid waste that with waste water, waste gas collectively referred to as the "industrial waste", and has been sitting to waste. Due to the excellent performance, concrete is present artificial using materials most widely on earth, its annual production(2012) has reached 2 tons, so reasonable development and utilization of fly ash concrete has important significance for the development of green building materials.Although the present study for fly ash concrete has made some progress, but the research of high content for fly ash concrete is certain lack. For general fly ash concrete, fly ash content is 15% to 20%, and the amount of fly ash concrete with high volume of fly ash are almost at the 50%.This study is about high volume fly ash concrete with the addition of fly ash is 70% ~ 90%.According to the concept of cementitious coefficient was put forward by Professor Wang Lijiu in Dalian University of Technology,we identified four parameters for high volume fly ash concrete mixture ratio design : the unit water, cement ratio, water cement ratio and sand percentage, according to cooperate in the establishment of the highvolume fly ash concrete ratio calculation model combined with a large number of experimental data, summarizes the ultra high volume fly ash concrete ratio design steps. In addition, this paper analyzes the impact of variety and curing age fly ash content, water binder ratio, Fly Ash Activator on its strength through the massive experiments, studies show that the compressive strength of high volume fly ash concrete will decrease with the increase of fly ash content, water binder ratio decreased, and in the compressive strength of the 28 d standard curing conditions improve. According to the physical and chemical properties of fly ash itself, in the ultra high volume fly ash concrete certain agent incorporation also can increase the compressive strength.
