SLP And 5S Management At The Constructionsite Management Application

In this paper, starting from this idea, introduces the SLP(System Layout Planning Systematic layout design) layout application, and 5S management methods in improving the construction site management application in the construction site, and in Beijing L Sewage Treatment Plant construction project example case study to achieve optimization of the construction management.This paper analyzes the research background, the significance and the status of research related to home and abroad, industrial engineering and then a brief overview of the highlights of SLP industrial engineering methods, 5S management, PDCA cycle method, followed by Beijing L Sewage treatment plant construction project as an example, analyzes the profile of the project and construction management problems existing in the process, and finally said industrial engineering theory to practical work in construction management, one with SLP method of construction site layout, the second 5S is applied at the construction site management, and assess the situation after application, in order to achieve optimization of construction site management.
