Highway engineering construction progress is susceptible to the influence of uncertain factors and the implementation difficulty is higher.As a result of,the traditional project schedule management method and control measures have not adapted to the current social development.In this paper,This paper takes the reconstruction project of Jiyang connecting line of Jile expressway as a case study,through the PDCA cycle concept combined with project management,we carry on the highway engineering project progress control in-depth study and research,to ensure the project smooth implementation.At first,the paper expounds the basic theory and applied technical methods of highway engineering progress control,which focus on the introduction of PERT,WBS and PDCA,so as to provide theoretical basis for the next step of progress control research.Analyze the current situation of project schedule management before making the project schedule control plan.And then combining with the analysis of the problem and engineering content,divide the program structurally,estimate the duration of each process and understand these programs logical relationship.Applying these certain data,we establish the initial schedule planning review by technique network plan(PERT).The comprehensive analysis is carried out on the network diagram to determine the critical path.In the end,optimize the initial plan adjustment,providing reference for guiding the construction.Because schedule management itself is a dynamic process,it is affected by uncertain factors such as construction technology,traffic environment,and material price increases during the construction process,resulting in deviations between the actual progress of the project and the planned progress.This requires that during the progress control process,Continuously check and compare with the original plan,find and analyze the reasons for the delay or deviation of the project progress,take targeted treatment plans and consolidation measures,and then readjust the progress plan according to the effect,and continue to repeat until the entire project progress target is on schedule achieve.During the implementation of the schedule,the project uses the second-level earned value analysis method to predict and analyze the monthly planned costs,actual costs,and earned value of the project,find the reasons for delays and cost overruns,and take corrective measures in a timely manner to reasonably reduce the duration Implement a new construction organization plan.We hope that the study on the construction schedule control,can provide the highway engineering reconstruction project progress management provides referential management ideas and solutions.
