All aspects of our life have been affected by Internet and Internet of things technology, the field of education is no exception. As a special period of childhood education, kindergarten education is an important period for children’s oral language, basic action and the formation of many living habits. Traditional home-school communication method has been unable to catch up with the pace of modern education, based on the Internet and the Internet of things technology, the kindergarten home-school communication products has come into being.This article researches specially on the Parent-School Communication System according to the specific physiological and psychological characteristics of children based on the empathy theory. In the context of the Internet and Internet of things, this article will comprehensively analyzes the parents’, teachers’ and children’s user behavior and psychological characteristics via the user research method of empathy theory and the theory of interaction design. The purpose is to improve the user experience and promote the children’s growing up. According to the psychological characteristics of parents, teachers and children, the author conducts a comprehensive analysis of user behavior and summarizes the user requirements, exploits the advantages and makes up for the deficiencies of existing parent-school communication product. Based on modern technology and user habits, the aim is to create an interactive product for kindergarten parent-school communication system with optimized user experience and put forward the interaction strategies and comprehensive function of interact for parents, teachers, and children, by combining software and hardware, connecting communication channels among teachers, parents and children, as well as, providing a reference for the study of interaction design about mobile social products.
