Taxis are an important part of the urban public transport system. Its "waving to stop" model for the convenience of passengers played a big role, giving people travel great convenience, but at the same time also produced a number of problems, such as high rates Kongshi, increasing costs, while also increased road congestion. In addition, labor-intensive, such as a driver, taxi difficult in remote areas, fatigue driving, aggravated vehicle emissions, the impact on air quality, etc., are due to "waving to stop," "sweeping the road" type operating mode with to the problem. To solve these problems, we introduce the "telematics" ideas to solve these problems.Telematics (Telematics), also knows as in-vehicle telematics. It consists Telecommunication (telecommunications) and Informatics (information, intelligence) are composed of telematics application of computer, satellite positioning, communications, sensor technology, through the exchange of information with the car, providing traffic information to the driver and passengers, road rescue, remote diagnostics, information and entertainment services. Vehicle information service system is an important subsystem of intelligent transportation. With telematics, vehicles will no longer be an isolated unit, but has become a network node activity. Vehicle information systems in the car may constitute a separate network, but it is also a node in the network world, it can provide a lot of appropriate services. From the computer field, the automotive telematics system is a mobile computing platform. They not only get traffic information from the outside, it will become a provider of information. At present, for the launch of the taxi telematics system is mainly taxi and taxi GPS positioning system software, is still in the pilot stage and promotion.This paper carried out the following work areas:1. Taxi GPS positioning system were studied. Be analyzed from the technical support of the system, works, services areas, and personally to Yinchuan City Taxi GPS control center study tours, the theoretical basis of practical experience combined with the system for a full range of research, objective analysis the strengths and weaknesses of the system.2. Sparring cart software were studied. Car rally through the software development process, working principle, the use of program analysis and software online taxi satisfaction surveys, and their own pro-test, in order to objectively analyze the pros and cons of a taxi software.3. Ability to solve problems faced by our taxi industry standard, these two kinds of information service system characteristics exhibited by a comprehensive comparison, the introduction of better, more scientific taxi service system, including:additional rent Car ridesharing service platform, configuration car advertising screen, three additional caring assistance system updates; the taxi software integrated into vehicle systems, improving the taxi driver-side software and grab a single rule prohibiting "black car" three improvements; retain their strong advantage combined to create three services.
