Application Of Vernacular Landscape Elements In Guangyuan Urben Parks

With the rapid development of China’ economic, social progress and the culture, the development of landscape architect has been concerned by the people. Because of its advantages of environmental resources and convenient transportation, urban park is deeply loved and welcomed by most of the people, gradually become a great place for citizens to exercise and have fun. But the rapid development of urban parks also brings a series of problems, such as designs lack of local characteristic, city geographical feature and local flavor. All these problems should be solved as soon as possible.Through a large number of literature review and field investigation, combined with the experience in the vernacular landscape design projects, the author puts forward the effective method to express and build the local landscape in order to show the local characteristics and cultural characteristics of urban parks. Under the guidance of multi-disciplinary theory, this study discusses the model of vernacular landscape in Guangyuan urban parks, taking the Guangyuan Phoenix Mountain Park as an example for empirical study. The main contents of the paper and conclusion are as follows:(1)This paper analyses and summarizes the relevant knowledge theory of the vernacular landscape. This paper makes systematic research on the vernacular landscape elements and the type of vernacular landscape, which are summarized as the research foundation for the application of vernacular landscape elements in urban parks.(2)On the basis of related theory, this paper discusses the application significance and necessity of urban parks using in the vernacular landscape elements.(3)Through the literature review and field investigation, this paper excavates the vernacular landscape elements in Guangyuan area, expresses the concrete application of vernacular landscape elements in Guangyuan urban parks. It also discusses the method,construction model and the main points of the application of vernacular landscape in Guangyuan urban parks, through the analysis of the design principle and method.In the end, it creatively summarizes a model to express and build vernacular landscape.(4)On the theoretical basis and practice system, this paper expresses the application of vernacular landscape elements in Guangyuan Phoenix Mountain Park. According to the thinking mentality of the vernacular landscape construction in Guangyuan urban parks, it designs the park naturally, and systematically expound the process of vernacular landscape construction in the urban parks.finally, the design has the natural characteristics. It also reflects the local culture and realizes the effective combination of theory and practice.
