Research About Expression And Construct Of Vernacular Landscape Of Country Park

With the development of our society, economy and culture, landscape becomes more andmore important in our daily life. As the necessary role in our city green land system, Country Parkhas become the significant perfect place for people resting and having journey because of itsconvenient environment condition, environment material and satisfying people’s tourism demand.As the improvement of Country Park, there are some problems such as the lack of concept ofarchitecture for the theoretical research, design far away from the natural, the lack of geographicalfeatures for the landscape conducting, no more vernacular landscape atmosphere for the designelements, and many other issues.Through analysis of plenty of literature review and field investigation data, combining withhis own experience in suburban forest park planning, the author proposed that it is a efficient pathto reflect the natural and cultural characteristics by the expression and construction of vernacularlandscapes for the country park. In this research, it discussed exhaustively the expression andconstruction of vernacular landscapes for the country park under the multi-disciplinary theoreticalguidance and created an example of empirical research such as Tianjin Jinnan Country Park. Themain content and conclusions of the full text:(1)It resolved related concepts from vernacular, vernacular landscapes and relative features.Comparative analysis of Country Park with city parks, agricultural sightseeing garden, forest parks,scenic spots. Put forward the concept, feature, function of Country Park. And then sum up themeaning and features of the landscape resources of the Country Park.(2) The paper created the theoretical foundation for the expression and construction ofvernacular landscapes for the country park by using the theory of edge effects, green belt aroundtheory, the theory of landscape ecology, geographical theory and natural ecosystems aesthetictheory, and then applied a theoretical framework, guidance and scientific basis for the practice.(3) Based on the requirements of the Country Park construction, the research demonstratedthe necessity of using vernacular landscape elements in country parks. It specifically described theuse of vernacular natural landscape elements from the aspects of soil, water, plants and animals;described the use of local artificial landscape elements from buildings, structures and agriculturalproduction in the form of the landscape; expatiated the use of the local cultural landscape elementsfrom folk customs, folk art and ethnic belief features, summed up the connotation of the vernacularlandscape elements in Country Park.(4) In the expression and creation system of Country Park, through the analysis of theexpression of the principles and developed a way to conduct the rural landscape mode and point by analyzing the principles and practices of expression of the vernacular landscape, summedcreatively the expression strategy system of the vernacular landscape for the Country Park.(5) In the practical system, the research created the expression of the vernacular landscape forthe Tianjin Jinnan Country Park. It summarized the conduction ideas of local landscape based onthe project location and vernacular resources analysis, carried out the overall layout, the roadsystem and partition planning. Combined with the design of scenic spots and attractions,systematically, it expounded the process of expression and construction of vernacular landscapesfor the Country Park. It applied the project which had natural rustic charm characteristics andreflected the culture of the country geographical, and then achieved the efficient compound of thetheory and practice.
