Research On The Influencing Factors Of Crew Competency

This paper studies the crew competency and competency standards, and fully reference the international maritime organization and the rest of the world as well as experts and scholars in our country for crew competency research, analyzes the crew competency standards define the regional characteristics, economic characteristics and development trend.In combination with the author work experience and questionnaire survey, this paper puts forward five factors influencing the crew competency, respectively is the crew education and training level, the crew actual business level, the crew at sea qualifications, the crew and crew heart health quality,17 is put forward according to the five factors factors, through thorough analysis of the factors of influence the crew competency ability and sub factors, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) to evaluate the effect factors of the crew competency ability, so as to give different factors and the weights of factors in influencing the crew competency aspect, by influencing the crew competency factors and the importance, targeted put forward to promote the crew competency ability of maritime management measures, through the implementation of these measures can improve the crew competency, to ensure the safety of navigation of the ship.
