Road safety is a topic concern of society in general, and the safety of high-speed auto is more of a social focus. Vehicle Handling and Stability of high-speed auto determines the safety and driving performances, thus Handling and Stability of the high-speed auto has become an important area in auto’s research.Vehicle Handling Inverse Dynamics avoid the "bottleneck" problem of driver’s parameters determining, and by known the car’s state to reversely solve the driver’s operation, and then judge whether the solution results is accepted by the drivers.Research and Development on Vehicle Handling Inverse Dynamics would lead to a significantly improvement in the vehicle performances, which could give a new way for automotive design. When the performance is the vehicle minimum time maneuver, and the problem is transformed into Vehicle Handling Inverse Dynamics,which is the subject of this paper.Expand research on existing 3 degrees of freedom manipulator dynamics vehicle model, and proposed a simplified scheme. Introduced equation of steering wheel angle and the equations of driving force to convert "positive problem" into "inverse problem", using improved direct configuration of nonlinear programming method and SQP hybrid method to solve it. Compared and analyzed the simulation results of ADAMS / Car and MATLAB, and found that the path the meet the requirements of Minimal Value Principles, which obtained the extreme value on the boundary of the system input and verified correctly model on the side. The velocity simulation results were closed to linear change, and which could give a good psychological expectations to the driver. Show Handling Inverse Dynamics model established in this paper has high credibility.According to the decomposition of factors of the vehicle minimum time maneuver, minimum time maneuver could be evaluated by the introduction of the concept of dynamic, and attributed evaluation object to three main factors: power,handling and stability. Then consider vehicle motion associated with these threeaspects as a secondary factor. Based on this framework to establish the Fuzzy Multilevel Evaluation Model of vehicle minimum time maneuver, selected 9 drivers to evaluate 15 kinds of vehicle programs, then calculated the rankings of 15 kinds programs by using fuzzy multi-stage evaluation theory, finally given the average of 9drivers sort, and get the final results of the sort of the vehicle programs.Proposed the total power index,tire grip index and vehicle responsive index of each single objective evaluation and comprehensive evaluation index. Using ADAMS / Car virtual prototype to simulate, which can get a series of car quantities,and calculate the individual evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, and finally made correlation analysis of the subjective and objective evaluation,which showed that both have a very high consistency, and then determine objective evaluation raised.
