Green building and the construction of general building, Requires cooperation and participation of each stakeholder (government, owners, contractors, customers, etc.), therefore, It is necessary to explore the behavior model of project stakeholders based on the concept of green construction.In view of the current situation, this article draw lessons from the related literature at home and abroad, based on the current situation of the development of economy in our country, From the perspective of protecting the environment of construction market in China, combined with the theory of green building, green construction, game theory and other relevant theoretical knowledge, analysis of the development history of project stakeholders in each period, define the importance of the project stakeholders ’behavior contract cooperation under the green construction concept, and elaborate the project stakeholders’ demand, the relationship and the mechanism of the same objectives.This innovation point and the core content of this paper is:through the game theory, build the behavior model based on the concept of green construction project stakeholders (government, owner and enterprise), It is concluded that the best behavior strategy is guided by the government supervision of the stakeholders of the green building, and promote the realization of the green construction.Finally, this paper analyzes the behavior of stakeholders in the green construction project based on the game theory and analyzes the behavior of the stakeholders of the green construction project based on the game theory in combination with the GC village project stakeholders, The countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the stakeholder relationship of GC Village are obtained, mainly is the government leading with market regulation supplemented, administrative commands and coordinates by the other parties of the green building market development mechanism, boost the green development in our country.
