According to the operation condition, the new energy passenger car can upgrade the electric control unit program, which can improve the adaptability and economy of the vehicle, and it can also improve the safety of the vehicle after the software vulnerability is discovered. The upgrading of the traditional way usually by maintenance personnel to the scene to download the program, the new energy bus most of the time in the running state, the distribution of a wide range, the upgrade of the workload is very large, and takes a long time and high cost. At present, computers and smart phones can be remotely installed software to repair vulnerabilities or upgrade the function, more and more cars have a wireless connection, communication systems. The wireless connection makes it possible for the car electronic control unit to be upgraded remotely.Remote upgrade must have good communication link to complete the program file transfer, file content and sequence error may lead to upgrade failure, resulting in the vehicle broke down. Therefore, this article based on the GPRS network, CAN bus communication is mature, the formulation of the CAN bus communication protocol is reliable, with calibration algorithm, to ensure the correct and complete file transfer.For security reasons, not all users have the right to initiate a remote upgrade, the user must unlock to obtain authorization to upgrade the program. This system uses the DES encryption algorithm to encrypt the seed, and then send out the key data, after verification, before starting the next bit machine to upgrade the program. Upgrade file using the CRC algorithm to verify the information coverage, so that the probability of error is almost zero.The remote upgrade is advanced, online upgrade is more indispensable. This paper studies the use of Bootloader online upgrade and remote upgrade dual portal design, online upgrade is preferred, so as to achieve the compatibility of the two.
