High-density electrical method is an advanced method of geological exploration.It can get a lot of data in a short time within a limited area and it greatly enhance its ability to distinguish abnormal geological areas.Thereby increasing the accuracy of the observations.Thus,high-density electrical method is widely used in the field of physical exploration of near-surface. High-density electrical system is consists of master and slave.If the relay and communication module can work properly an important guarantee for the accuratly working of high-density electrical instrument.But there is no specific detection device to measure it.The current detection methods is complex to operate and difficult to use.To ensure the slave of the High-density electrode can work smoothy.Through the intelligent control of the multiplexed switch technology,according to the quickness and accuracy of aviation plug transmission.The device is designed using MSP430F149 single chip as the core processor,LM7805 and AMS1117 as the power module,RS485 as the communication module,Ampire1602 and LED as the display module.RS485 receive the data from the slave and dealed with MSP430F149,and display the working condition of the electrode through the LCD.Device has many features,such as fast, accurate easy to operate and carry and so on.Application of the detection device, will greatly improve the accuracy of slave work.Thereby enhancing the productivity of high-density electrical instrumentIn this paper,the main comtent includes the background and design of the device,the development and production of device,analysis of test results of the detection system.1.The background and design of the device.This paper starting from the research background that describes the working principle of the high-density electrode and the status of electrode measuring device to design the device.2.Development of the distributed electrode working state detection device.Design the hardware circuit and software according to the design that development the distributed electrode working state detection device.3.Analysis of test results.Test device and get conclusion that the system has good operability and enforceability, and high reliability.We can see that the key technology of this design is based on the principle of RS485.Through the double machine communication technologies.When button pressed,data sent to the machine via RS485,MCU receives the data to perform testing functions.Then through the microcontroller programming design of every part, double machine communication programming design, and PC software programming design, to achieve the system of rapid, accurate, stable test results.
