Oil mist lubrication is a new type of lubrication, which has more advantages than traditional lubricating way, in the industry for a wide range of lubrication and friction pair surface. A condensation nozzle is a key part of oil mist systems, the coalescence performance of oil mist particles can influence on oil film to generate effective lubrication friction surface play. The main work of this thesis is to compare the condensed mouth in different boundary conditions and the effect of poly condensation nozzle, so as to find out the keyhole boundary better. The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1) The oil mist in the straight hole condensed mouth, rectangular hole condensed mouth, circular hole condensed mouth condensed mouth boundary of these three kinds of circulation ways different by Fluent simulation, and the simulation of particle size variation observed that, coalescence is the best effect of circular hole condensed mouth, followed by a rectangular hole condensed mouth, the worst the straight hole condensed mouth.(2) A condensation nozzle with different hole hole diameter and length, and the shape of the orifice boundary is condensed mouth triangle hole and the semicircular holes respectively through medium and oil mist, so as to compare their coalescence effect. From the experimental results, the larger the aperture condensed mouth condensation rate decreases, condensed mouth coalescence effect is not ideal; and with the small hole length increases, condensed mouth condensed first increases gradually, and reached the peak of long for a value in the hole, after the condensation rate dropped slightly and almost unchanged this illustrates the influence of hole, length of condensed mouth coalescence effect has certain scope; the hole through the orifice shape boundary, compared different triangle holes and a semicircular hole condensation rate, that triangle hole coalescence effect was the best, followed by the semicircle hole, the worst is a round hole.(3) From the analysis of the experiment, the larger the aperture, Weber of oil mist particles showed a downward trend; hole length increases, Weber with the larger, in hole length to a certain value, the Weber maximum, then gradually become smaller. Weber change of novel Ming particle collision coalescence and impingement phenomenon reduced in small hole, the reaction decreased in the fragmentation degree of particles.
