At present,500 k V main grid has been already built into the ultra high voltage transmission network, and has become the main channel of transmission, supporting the safe and stable operation of the interconnected power grid. According to the unified planning and requirements of State Grid Corporation of China,Jilin Electric Power Corporation established the ultra high voltage power grid centralized monitoring center, in order to strengthen the monitoring, controling and fault disposaling of the ultra high voltage power network and realize centralized monitoring and unified management of ultra high voltage power grid. Centralized control center has been established between the scheduling system and the substation, being an automated system for centralized monitoring and management of multiple unmanned substations. It has realized a higher level of integrated control and management of the substation, standing on the level of local power grid.But with the centralized control center is responsible for monitoring of substation and transmission line number increased, problems have cropped up, many of the equipment monitoring subsystem caused centralized monitoring and management complex, access to data inconvenient problem. So control center should have a set of integrated various professional production subsystem of the production management system, to achieve access to the depth of fusion between the subsystems and the platform and highly integrated, convenient equipment monitoring and data.The main content of this paper is the construction of production management system for centralized control of professional operation, to provide data support for the production and operation of centralized monitoring mode, through online visual monitoring system, realize the centralized control center of the main transmission, visual monitoring of substation equipment. On the equipment operating model as the foundation, related application platform has been constructed including fusion equipment foundation information, equipment fault information, power transmission and transformation equipment state monitoring information, grid operation information, video monitoring information, environment monitoring system.First of all, the paper gives a brief introduction of the functions of the monitoring system of the equipment used by the center. The system is divided into six functional areas: the raw data layer, the data interface layer, the integrated data layer, the application service layer, the application service layer and the functional display layer,and from the network architecture and hardware configuration two aspects of the system construction of the solution, fully considered the system reliability and data security requirements, and finally to build the system functions are demonstrated, production management system not only to achieve the data query, and through the related application platform can achieve cross system data integrated application, in the end of the system to improve the performance of the system, more reliable and more functional more complete production management system.
