With the rapid development of modern electronic industry greatly increase the demand of capacitor.Demand exceeds supply,has already begun. So the urgent need to develop a batch of automatic equipment which production speed and production high quality to meet the market demand.Now,automation equipment technology of production capacitors is still not mature in China.The automation equipment of China is still in the digestion and absorption of the foreign.Owing to the lack of core technology,the capacitor packaging equipment of China exist various fatal flaw.This directly led to the product quality and speed is not up to the requirements.Capacitor bushing is the last working procedure of capacitor production.Capacitor bushing device is the key part of capacitor packaging equipment.This paper mainly focuses on the capacitor bushing device.Firstly, according to the customer demand and production process of capacitor,this paper formulates the process route of capacitor bushing device.Secondly, according to the process route, the overall layout of the capacitor bushing device is designed.The device consists of 7 parts,such as panels,casing disc mechanism,turnovermechanism,mechanism of casing,leveling mechanism for casing,thermal shrinking mechanism,furnace for heat shrink tunnel and output mechanism.Then carried out the detailed design and structure optimization for each mechanism.Finally,according to the device for drawing,processing and manufacturing spare parts,installation and debugging the device.After debugging,the device has been able to achieve the initial production requirements.And the device has the advantages of simple structure, low manufacturing cost, production speed, high product quality, stable performance and other advantages.
