Research And Development Of A Specialized CAD System For Beverage-packaging Product Line

Combined with the Manufacturing Information Major Torch-plan Projects of ZheJiang Province----Development and application of digital design and manufacturing integration platform for food&beverage machinery products. A specialized CAD system for beverage-packaging product line was researched and developed.First, background, field and value was introduced. The relative research situation both home and abroad about beverage-packaging product line, design resource library, modularization technology and variant design technology was analyzed. Then, the structure of this paper was given.According to the analyzing of the characteristics of product line and design process & characteristics of product line, the requirement of the specialized design system for beverage-packaging product line was figured out. After overall design for this system, the system structure and function plan were given out.Then, the key issues of the design resource library which is used to support the design of beverage-packing product line was researched. Models in design library were designed and built. Data structure and function were also researched and designed. All above was discussed to prepare for the implementation of the specialized CAD system.The layout design and adjust technology based on layout-design-oriented models, structure design and autogeneration of general assembly drawing, BOM creating based on layout design and library were researched. Through the application, the degree of automation for the design process was enhanced and the design quality and efficiency was also ensured.Appropriate development environment was chosen to develop the system, the application of the system was explained by instance. At last, the summarization and prospect of this paper were drawn.
