Since super capacitor came out, the global quantity demand expands rapidly. Ithas already became the new industry bright spot in the field of chemical power source.Along with the increasing need of capacitor, its production efficiency is requiredhigher and higher, and the related industry with capacitor production depends more onautomatic production. Research on packaging capacitor shell automatically comes outunder this background.The packaging machine for capacitor was researched. It is kind of machine,which can finish process of feeding, transportation, packaging, sealing and heatshrinking.Designing and research on the capacitor shell packaging machinery were asfollows:First of all, a large number of articles on automatic machinery and packagingmachinery were consulted, the structure and main characteristics of automaticmachines were understood, moreover understanding the characteristics of packagingmachinery which is a branch of automatic machinery. Furthermore, achieving thecurrent situation of the development of packaging machinery at home and abroad, andmastering the development trend of packaging machinery in the future.Guided by the modern method of mechanical design, according to requirementsof packaging capacitor shell, following designing step of packaging machine,determining the using range of packaging machine,designing packaging technology,choosing mechanism plan, determining overall layout, completing the overalldesigning plan. During choosing the mechanism plan, choosing the mechanism whichcan achieve the function, on the basis of black box theory and decomposing functionstructure method and finishing mechanism plan.Then designing three parts of the overall scheme,feeding part, transport part,packaging parts respectively.In design of the feeding part, dividing it into two parts. Firstly choosingelectromagnetic vibration hopper which is suitable for design as feeding mechanism.And then finding a orientation mechanism which is suitable to the electromagneticvibration hopper and can select workpiece directionally.In the design of transport part, listing some transport system in common.Choosing belt conveyor which is the most mature technology as the plan. Designing itwith the setting parameters in detail. Packaging parts include bagging part, displacement part, pushing part, sealingpart and heat shrink device. Designing these parts according to the packaging processand workpiece size. And then plotting the loop diagram of the actuator movementaccording to movement time of the packaging actuator.To sum all of them above, summing the whole packaging process of thecapacitor shell. Realizing packaging different size of workpiece through changingsome parts or changing some size of parts.
