Staggered-truss steel structure is an economical and efficient steel structure system, which is mainly from steel frame structures evolved, and mainly composed of members of the peripheral steel columns, frames and even beams, plane trusses, floor. Because of this structure no internal pillars, truss column in the same row between upper and lower positions staggered, thereby obtain a distance twice the internal structure of the pillars of the bay, so building can be flexibly arranged plane, therefore, this structure is particularly suitable for those that need a large bay building hotels and hospitals. This article on Vierendeel、Pratt and Mixed of three different arrangement of staggered truss steel structures for seismic performance was studied, thereby respectively give which seismic response characteristics, making them better applied to the actual project.Firstly, there are studies on staggered truss structure literature through reading and reference to a number of domestic and foreign, to understand the current status of research and engineering applications at home and abroad, and determine the method used in the seismic performance of the research.Secondly, the three kinds of structural models are established by using the finite element analysis software SAP2000. Response spectrum analysis of three kinds of structure of floor displacement and story drift angle, and in El-Centro wave, Tangshan wave and Lanzhou wave, the top level displacement, the displacement angle between the layers, the top floor displacement, the base shear force and so on, and the three kinds of structure of the use of Steel Statistics.Third, a comprehensive comparative analysis of Vierendeel、Pratt and Mixed three kinds of hybrid structures.Through comprehensive analysis, under the action of a number of rare or rare earthquakes, Pratt and Mixed staggered truss seismic performance is better than the Vierendeel type truss, and Pratt better than Mixed seismic performance, but its steel increased more than the Mixed, from the security、economic and reasonable considering, we should adopt practical engineering Mixed staggered-truss steel.
