Among them, the consequences caused by torque ripple are serious especially. Today, can be used in effectively reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor method is to use the instantaneous torque as the object, according to the deviation of the instantaneous torque is used to adjust the torque of the power conduction device, in the direct torque control method of instantaneous torque measurement is an important link of control method, through the observation of the construction of the experimental platform for more intuitive and accurate measurement of torque and rotational speed data.Switched reluctance motor with large torque ripple and nonlinear transformation is the case with energy, defect is obvious. Switched reluctance motor general pulse value is about 15%. So, in order to reduce the torque ripple of switched reluctance motor, reducing the noise of the some motor production problems, enhance the efficiency of the motor to work, most people turned to the internal and external structure and to improve the switched reluctance motor size and improve its control method. So in the study of switched reluctance motor, first of all to build a common, convenient and quick operation, cost cheap, measured by the operation of the motor parameters acquisition precision research platform is an important and very meaningful work.the paper Introduces a data acquisition system of switched reluctance motor construction, use of switched reluctance motor, virtual instrument technology and developed a test system, the data acquisition card to be able to switch magnetic resistance motor speed and the acquisition of instantaneous torque measurement, and can be conducted on the client terminal waveform display, at the same time for the user to save and playback of real-time measurement data. this experimental platform for data acquisition card and computer connected directly, can very quickly and accurately to the motor to the analysis of the data. And in speed and voltage can be adjusted at any time when necessary, can according to the different parameters, and on the computer monitor or controller display board high, in the form of data or is waveform diagram to show the current motor running state, provide data support for researchers.Based on a 550 w four phase 8/6 poles switched reluctance motor for testing, to prove the applicability of this experimental platform.
