The bulldozer is an important earthwork machinery, mainly digging, soil, soil unloading work, work in a very wide range, the bulldozer working device as the main parts, in the work process plays a crucial role, in the construction process of bulldozers working device due to rock and soil reason is very vulnerable to the impact of large load, thus affecting the service life of the working device or even directly lead to the invalidation of the working device. This paper mainly analyzes the working device of a company, which is a new product development and research and development of new product, which has a high cost. In order to guarantee the simplified design, the working device can meet the needs of the working conditions. The model can be used to analyze the structure strength and stress.Firstly through the Pro/E software of ty130 bulldozer working device modeling, in the modeling process respectively on the blade of the push rod, a cutter head, a bracket and a lifting oil cylinder for part modeling, establish a good model, all parts of the assembly using the assembly function of the software, after the completion of the assembly of the model the interference problem analysis, and improved the related interference, prepare for the follow-up simulation. And then through the Pro/E and ADMAS interface technology, in the Pro/Enginee software to establish a good working device of the virtual prototype model, the model will be imported into ADAMS, because the Pro/Enginee software directly output format can not be used directly in ADAMS, the model is converted into x t ADAMS format.Analysis and dynamic analysis of the working device in the software. The finite element analysis of blade cutter head in the three conditions, then the two push rod finite element analysis. The weak point of the working device is found out through the finite element analysis.
