At present, the overall level of state detection is still in the stage of data statistics and waveform curve shows that its accuracy and can assess sexual needs improving.Transformer in the process of transportation, installation, operation inevitably suffer from various vibration and impact, as well as the impact of the short circuit current, often appear internal fasteners loose displacement, such problems as loose winding deformation, magnetic shielding, but maintenance personnel can’t understand the internal condition, more do not know their extent, also does not have the means to detect the internal loose and displacement situation, after a hit from a short circuit, cannot know the deflection of the winding, whether also can continue to run, such as power failure detection, are now also can only by frequency response method or short circuit impedance method to estimate, it is difficult to accurately determine the deformation degree and deformation parts. After the success of the research, the system may at any time in the form of image shows the internal structure of the displacement and the winding deformation situation, detection process, the results show that the intuitive, easy for application personnel demand is low. Its application prospect is very broad, obvious economic and social benefits.In this paper, based on the theory of ultrasonic detection, according to the internal structure of transformer, this paper expounds the internal ultrasonic transformer related content in the research of visual imaging technology. Through sensor transceiver mechanism, ultrasonic imaging technology and concrete application study, implement the transformer internal structure of the basic two-dimensional planar imaging, laid a theoretical foundation to achieve visual detection.
