Research On The Application Of EPA Real Time Ethernet Technology In Intelligent Substation

Intelligent substation with IEC61850 technology-based industrial development in our country is a major technological breakthrough, the success of Ethernet with the power of this technology combined with the use of a good EPA technology together, making the accuracy of the information substations, timeliness, precision nature has been well protected. The most important thing is, EPA intelligent substation in real-time Ethernet technology, it is possible to ensure that when a network failure through redundancy protection measures to ensure the normal communication function substation.By studying intelligent substation communication system ring network module, through the various components of the function and role of a detailed analysis of the structure of the system to explore the EPA value and significance of real-time Ethernet technology applications in Intelligent Substation.In this paper, the writer study the network module of the communication system of intelligent substation, and analyze the function and the function of each component of the system and the problem of the communication system, and then discuss the value and the possibility of EPA real-time Ethernet technology in intelligent substation.This paper has completed the EPA interface and intelligent computer network in transformer substation, EPA controled equipment and intelligent substation motherboard port is connected to the hardware and software design,finally through the test proved that the design of EPA interface card for communication system in intelligent substation.
