The motor is an important part of the mechanical transmission system,which drives the entire system to operate normally and plays an important role in the production of the enterprise.If the motor is abnormal during the operation,the equipment will be shut down.What's more,it may cause a production accident,which will adversely affect the economic benefits of the enterprise.In response to the above problems,this paper designs and implements a motor monitoring system based on the Internet of Things,which is used to monitor the running status of the motor in real time.The system is mainly composed of four parts:data communication module,cloud server,Android mobile client and Web terminal.The data communication module is responsible for collecting and processing key signal data such as motor temperature,vibration,voltage,and speed in real time,and storing the processed result data into the system database.The cloud server module leases the commercial cloud platform and uses the MySQL database to store system data and allows developers to implement background data access interfaces using the PHP language.The mobile client uses Android as the target system and requests the motor running data from the server in real time through the Http protocol,uses the Handle class to parse the acquired data and feedback the result data to users through interface display and message push.The webpage uses Django Web to realize the data display function and give a good graphical interface to the users to manage the system data.The test shows that the data communication module can give external services stably for a long time;the mobile phone client has a good user interface and run stably and use less system resources.It can help the user quickly get abnormal information and maintenance suggestions of the motor;The Web side is fully functional and well-functioning,and can meet the functional requirements of the system's users.This paper designs the framework structure of the whole system and each functional module according to the actual needs of the motor monitoring system and the on-site operating environment of the motor.The system uses Python,Android,C and common web development languages to realize the function of data communication,processing,display and management.The users can interact with the system through the mobile client and the web page and obtain the motor running status and maintenance suggestions in real time to prevent the occurrence of motor accidents.
