For solving the much more shorter time of order response from the customer, the definition of production logistics bottleneck in cycle-time has been proposed, then studies the identification and controlling method of the bottleneck; estabishs the scheduling model based on bottleneck under the work-shop, uses Hybrid-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm to solve the model.The main works are as follows:1. Descrbing the source, background and research significance of this paper, reviewing the literatures of the related field, giving the research contents and technical routes.2. Describing the basic theory about intelligent optimization algorithm. Emphasis on intorducing the basic idea, operation process of Hybrid-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm, for solving the scheduling problem proved the theoretical basis.3. Establishing the identification model of bottleneck in cycle-time based on production logistics and giving the control method of the bottleneck.For the shortcomings of current research about definition and identification of production logistics bottleneck, this paper proposes the definition of bottleneck in cycle-time; then analysis the production logistics of auto parts products and builds the model, through calculates the transition probability of every process link, then identificates the bottleneck in cycle-time with the maximum time optimization value process link.At last, analyse the mechanism of the bottleneck in cycle-time.4. Establishing the work-shop with mixed production mode of scheduling model based on the bottleneck in cycle-time.This paper aimed at the minimize the maximum mass response time, structures the scheduling model based on the bottleneck in cycle-time, and designs the Hybrid-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm to solve the model and gives the process.5. Applying examples to verify the method of bottleneck identification and the scheduling mode.This paper uses MATLAB as the platform to validate these models simulation and algorithm.The examples as follows:①the effectivness of the bottleneck in cycle-time identification model, ②the effectivness of work-shop scheduling model based on the bottleneck, ③the effectivness of the Hybrid-Particle Swarm Optimization Algorithm.6. Summarizing the research result of this paper and proposing the ideas for future research.
