With the sharply development of the national economy, manufacturing is slowly becoming the backbone of the national economy of our country. As the most important power equipment,compressor plays an crucial role in the process of industrial production. Over those passed years,the scale and technical of petrochemical industry have improved a lot, this lead a higher quality demand of pressure energy which provided by compressor. So in order to meet the requirements of high pressure and mass flow of the compressor’s working condition, the development and goal of compressor is turn to large-scale and multiseriate. The crankshaft is the most important part of compressor which play a crucial role to transform force and movement in the system of compressor, and also the vibration and noise of compressor’s unite are all have great connection with crankshaft, so the performance of crankshaft is a crucial factor of compressor’s efficiency and service life. In view of this, this paper take a certain type of crankshaft as the research object,by finishing the static analysis and dynamics analysis of crankshaft, some useful reference to the design of crankshaft are provided.Through the analysis of a large number of related literature at home and abroad, a systematically study of compressor’s working theory and evolution was grasped. Based on the theory of dynamics and kinematics, the motion and stress conditions of crank-link mechanism was elaboration clearly. And also confirm the load and movement rule of the main components of compressor. These provide some theoretical basises to the dynamic analysis of crankshaft.Supported by the software of Solidworks, the 3D model of crankshaft was established. By using the convenience of integrated peripherals between Workbench and Solidworks, the data of crankshaft’s model can easily sharing from one to another. In order to get the stress status of six different working station, the static analysis is necessarily. After doing these, the maximum areas of crankshaft’s equivalent stress was also obtained.Modal analysis is the precondition of dynamic analysis, and the working conditions of crankshaft have close contact to the modal analysis, so in order to get the influence of different constraint conditions on the modality of crankshaft, three different restraint conditions were given.After doing these, some reliable conclusions were obtained. The stress and deformation status andtheir maximum value of crankshaft in one period were verified through transient analysis, some suggestions of structure modifications were given through transient analysis.Through this above research, some useful conclusions which provide some references to the design of the compressor crankshaft were found, and these are certainly practical.
