Discussion On Three Kinds Of Combination Mode Of Engineering Project Management

In the 21 st century, the project has increasingly become a topic worthy of further study. Since the reform and opening up of China’s large scale, diversified investment construction projects, more and more complicated process of domestic projects, the construction of intense competition in the industry, so this is behind the Chinese construction market. All above development status needs management enterprise and project management experts and scholars to intensify a more thorough study. This paper introduces the concept of project management and its classification, and on this basis, introduce the concept of project management model. And then we analyze the horizontal and vertical comparative of the current domestic and international project management models, with examples to illustrate it. Finally, analyzes the possibilities and advantages of three combinations of kinds of relatively new management model.Through this in-depth exploration of project management and its mode, allows business managers to fully understand the huge gap between China’s construction market and developed countries, and to realize that learning and absorbing advanced management mode of the necessity and urgency, has a strong practical significance on development of the construction industry in China. Proposed new combined mode can also give managers a certain reference.
