With the development of modern logistics technology, automation technology, the technology of mobile robot, AGVS(automated guided Vehicle system) as the automation of logistics and warehousing is an important subsystem of more and more people pay more attention to the AGVS use in automated warehouse logistics fields has a high degree of automation, flexibility and high flexibility and easy management irreplaceable advantages.This paper in Shaanxi Baoji tobacco factory to the "research and development of new automatic guided forklift" as the engineering background, the AGV control system and the realization of the functions, AGV path identification of study design and, with certain practical value.The analysis of three-dimensional warehouse AGV control system functions and characteristics of the system based, the AGV control system were overall design and function,using PLC as the control core, the dry reed pipe and a magnetic stripe complete AGVS tracking and positioning functions, makes the control system more stable and easy to maintain and use, and the monitoring software of the host computer is developed using Visual Studio2008 and SQL2000, so as to realize the automation management of AGVS.For automated warehouse of the AGV path design, and puts forward the path recognition method, using the unique data is encoded in the form of warehouse Path Identification and library position identification numbers to identify, the AGV can according to the PC task command accurately find object library position of goods out of warehouse.On the analysis of the AGV control system performance based on, the optimization and improvement of AGV tracking stability and accuracy of the new property, the precision of the AGV path identification, in the actual test improve the stable operation of AGVS and stability of complete the task and has a good effect.
