| Based on the road and bridge project, the paper’s research object is project progress management method, and the purpose is to use the progress management method to control the construction project progress plan. The main content of the research is the application of progress management method in road and bridge construction project, including the progress plan formulation, optimization, process monitoring and progress deviation control, etc. The main work of this paper includes:(1)The theory, method and process of project schedule management are studied. Combined with project decomposition, Gantt chart and network plan chart, the basic process, schedule formulation and optimization method of project management are analized. And project progress monitoring and control process are studied, and also the dynamic monitoring with a feedback control mechanism is researched.(2) Based on the the structuredecompose of the G project, the WBS map is designed, and the duration of the construction plans is evaluated by the expert group. The CPM(critical path method) is adopted to design the schedule and calculate the time parameters, and also determine the critical routes. Then, CCproject software is used to develop the construction schedule with dual code network plan chart.(3) On the basis of the development of the progress plan, the construction period and the labor force areoptimized. Taking into account the extreme weather and the winter break, the schedule is optimized and the duration of the critical path is adjusted tobe compressed for 23 days. Using the method of "time limit for a resource equilibrium" optimization method to optimize the project labor resources, the schedule of the non critical path is adjusted to make the unit time resourcestend to average level with the principle of “elimination peakâ€.(4) Progress monitoring and control. On the foundation of the schedule and quality monitoring system, progress tracking mechanismand data acquisition system are made for the three stages of construction preparation, construction process and completions, implement the daily, weekly and monthly tertiary reporting system.(5) Construction progress is contrasted withthe Gantt chart and the front line of the comparison method, and is pointed out that the culvert engineering exits progress deviation.And the influence of culvert project schedule deviation on the follow-up construction and the time limit for the projectis calculated and analized. Based on the analysis of culvert engineering delay time, in order to to ensure the normal operation of the construction progress, the labor of roadbed engineering and canal project, two cranes of bridge engineering are adjusted to support culvert engineering. To the adjustment, time parameters are recomputed. Finally, through the comparison of the forward line, the culvert project construction progress has been basically achieved the progress plan requirementsafter a month. |
