Project progress management and control is one of the core of project management,in the progress of management control at the same time,you need to project construction period,cost and quality management effectively combine to form a comprehensive management system,realize the management of the whole project construction control,to ensure the quality,and to complete the project on schedule,to some extent it decides the success or failure of the whole project.Project schedule management and control is mainly the formulation of schedule plan and the supervision and implementation of the plan.In the fierce market competition,now often hold project to the unconventional time limit for a project completed,it usually used in the project schedule plan and control management of critical path method,plan review technology and the critical chain method,failed to fully meet the requirements for schedule management,and this requires in unconventional construction project to find a scientific way to solve the schedule management.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of schedule management at home and abroad,and studies the management theories mainly used in schedule management at present: WBS management theory,critical path method,critical chain method,and plan review technology.Then further analysis of the current engineering construction project progress management present situation,according to the request of unconventional time limit for completion or rob work of construction project progress management problems,put forward based on the critical path in network plan to limit penetration method,optimize the projects such as project plan,ensure timely completion of the project,ensuring the quality,reduce cost,realize the optimization of project management.Taking BYF launched research,project progress management and control of the project,the construction content,organization structure and the basic situation of the allocation of resources,on the basis of detailed investigation,carried out in accordance with the project management requirements,to determine the decomposition and logical relationship of the project implementation of the key lines of constraints on the formation lap before and after process,conditional limit of weaving ways increasing section of construction or unconventional job order of adjustment,the project plan management is optimized.In the whole research process,the computer schedule management software is also used to compile the network diagram plan and determine the critical path,and the critical path is changed into non-critical path during the resource allocation,time limit calculation and limit interspersed.Finally,the implementation of the optimized plan to develop a precise matching measures to ensure the arrangement.The research of this paper applies the limit interlacing method based on the critical path of network planning to the schedule management of engineering construction rob project,which provides reference and reference for the schedule management of such construction project,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
