Environmental Planning Of Typical Small Town For Yunhe County Of Zhejiang Province

As a starting point of the new rural construction, small town construction can not only absorb a large number of rural surplus labor, alleviate the city population and the pressure of survival. And steadily push forward the new small towns, to fully release the huge potential of domestic demand, provide the lasting Mi new momentum for the sustained and healthy economic development, which have important significance to our country’s socialist new rural construction and urbanization strategy.Based on the investigation of present situation of Yunhe County resources,society and economy, this dissertation research on the system of environment construction of Yunhe county,Zhejiang province by querying the relevant literature and data to make a comprehensive analysis:(1) Research survey on the social and economic development, resource endowment of Yunhe County, clear the main environmental problems in project area, scientific analysis and evaluation, then put forward the concept and principles of planning for environment planning in Yunhe County.(2) According to regional social-economic development planning, forecasting trends and their impact on the environment.Forecasting and analyzing the trends of resources and energy consumption,land resource consumption,water consumption and pollutant emissions of Yunhe County.(3) Determine the environmental objectives and environmental objectives for the main environmental problems from environmental investigation screening, Put forward a series of prevention and control of pollution and natural protection measures and Countermeasures which can improve the standard function, establish an anti-degradation mechanisms, control emissions and carry out water treatment technology.(4) Analysis the gap between the value of existing indicators of the base year and the index value of the standard, the cause and the feasibility of compliance stability of environment construction in Yunhe County. The 3 category,9 specific indicators which were issued by the Ministry of environmental protection are divided into three categories, already standard indicators, easy compliance indicators and indicators of compliance difficult, and analysis its reliability.The planning and design carry out the environment construction in Yunhe County, solve outstanding environmental problems harm people’s health by improving the environment and properly solving the constraints of resources and environment problems in the development process, and then provide the model for future similar types of environment of small town construction at the same time.
