Research On The Small Town Public Transportation Planning Method Under The Background Of New Type Urbanization

Under the background of the new type town,with the city spreading to the suburbs,the suburbs of the town has been evolved into one of the many small town in big cities group or a city belt.With the development of township economy construction,the relationship is increasingly close between the town and the center of the city.only by the original urban and rural passenger transport system has been unable to meet the township between the travel needs of residents,the small town residents travel very difficulty.In this case,as a major method to solve the problem of urban residents travel,a perfect function of the public transport system in the small town is extremely urgent.The key technology of perfect bus system in the small town is bus passenger demand forecasting,the reasonable bus scale of,bus lines and bus-station layout.Basing on analysis of the small town residents travel characteristics and sources of data accessibility,the bivariate regression analysis method is proposed to predict the small town bus passenger demand.According to the average profit revenue and cost of small town bus and the local public service level,the relation model is established to predict the of small town bus investment and construction scale.According to the single bus line length and bus transit construction scale and investment amount and bus line unit mileage importance,the model of the small town bus net is established.According to the shortest minimum total time of the bus passenger and the minimum cost of public transport enterprises and the bus departure interval and vehicle capacity constraints,the model of the vehicle equipped is established in the peak period.Finally,taking Shanghe County of Shandong Province as an example,this paper verifies the feasibility of the planning and management of small town public transportation.
