Along with the development of Tibet, the railway coverage of Tibet will be gradually expanded. The southeastern area of Tibet is adjacent to Sichuan, Yunnan and is where Sichuan or Yunnan must pass through to Tibet. The Tibetan southeastern area has rich ecological resources. It is expected to become an important ecological tourist destination in southwest China, therefore, Tibetan southeastern region is a very important geographical position. Yet, Tibetan southeastern area has very active ground stress, large terrain elevation, different climate, complicated geological condition and fragile ecological environment. It is very difficult to construct a railway progect. It is urgently needed to do the line selection strategy research and railway line optimization research in the Tibetan southeastern area.First of all, do research on the natural environmental characteristics in the Tibetan southeastern area and summe up the condition of the adverse geological disaster. Then select glacial debris flows, landslides, salivary flow ice and permafrost which have large disaster-caused area and serious damage consequence. At last, throuh analyzing formation mechanism of each disaster and the influence on the proposed railway engineering, put forward railway line selection strategies of each disaster.Secondly, according to the railway line optimization index selection principle and the research target of railway route optimization, combined with the characteristics of Tibetan southeastern railway, built the Tibetan southeastern railway route optimization index system. And according to the characteristics of the index system, establish the Tibetan southeastern railway route optimization model based on fuzzy entropy weight and gray relation projection method.Finally, select an example of Tibetan southeastern railway engineering, then verify the Tibetan southeastern railway line optimization index system and optimization model. It turns out the index system and model has certain practicability and reliability.
