Comparison And Selection Of Expressway Expansion Schemes Based On FEWM-Grey Relational Projection Method

As an important branch of the comprehensive transportation system,the construction and development of the expressway will inevitably help the national economy take off.In recent years,the traffic volume in my country has shown a continuous growth trend.The traffic volume of some expressways constructed in the early stage has reached the saturation threshold and is even overloaded,resulting in the inability to meet the growing traffic demand and restricting the further development of the local economy to a certain extent.Therefore,the expressway is in urgent need of expansion and reconstruction.However,in the feasibility study stage of the expansion project in the early stage,it is often faced with the choice of various expansion schemes.Different schemes will have different degrees of impact on the local economy,environment,transportation,etc.,so how to choose a one that maximizes comprehensive benefits.The expansion plan has become a key link in the project construction.First,this paper sorts out the highway expansion plan and related theories,which provides a theoretical basis for subsequent research;The design idea of the evaluation index system of the expansion plan and the initial establishment of the evaluation index library;then through the empirical methods of questionnaire survey and factor analysis,the above indicators are screened,and a comprehensive and reasonable evaluation index system is obtained.Based on the characteristics of the index system,combined with the multi-attribute decision-making theory and the gray system theory,a FEWM-gray relational projection comparison model is established,which effectively realizes the comprehensive fuzzy optimization process of the scheme.Finally,taking the Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway Leiyang to Yizhang(Huang-Guang boundary)section project as an example,the above models are used to conduct in-depth research on the two proposed expansion plans.The comprehensive comparison and selection model of expansion schemes has certain practical value.The evaluation index system and comparison model of expressway expansion scheme comparison and selection established in this paper are helpful for the demonstration of the preliminary design scheme of expressway expansion project.and practical value,and can provide policy makers with theoretical guidance for comparing and selecting expansion plans.
