| The decision making of highway route is an important part at the early stage of the project, it appears all-important for what decision-making has been adopt to.The study is based on the fundamental of the road route decision making, an evaluation system that fit to route decision making in different area has been constructed according to the characteristic of highway route selection,and combined the theory &method of DSS(decision support system) with the highway route evaluation theory &method, establishes the decision making model of highway route decision-making support system to enhance the scientificaalness and information level of the road route selection decision-making from theory and method. With the view of that the decision factor is different towords different topography, this article take the fuzzy theory, the Grey System Theory, the Entropy-Weight theory as the foundation, constructed different auxiliary decision-making model that suited under the different terrain, the concrete research conclusion is:1. In view of route selection characteristic in plain area., has constructed highway route selection decision-making factor system of the plain area, has used the Fuzzy analysis hierarchy process method to determin the decision-making factor'weight, and used fuzzy Multiple norm decision making theory to realize comprehensive decision-making. The example analysis indicated that, this model objective, succinct, the decision-making process is bright,and has the practical value.2. Take the Grey System Theory and Variable-weight analysis as the foundation, constructs highway route selection decision-making model of the mountain ridge . This model is subjective at will and not the sufficiency in view of the mountain ridge area decision-making factor weight determination process, uses Variable-weight analysis method to determin decision-making factor target weight,and associat with gray connection theory to carries on the plan comprehensive decision-making.3. According to complex terrain characteristic in the rolling country, used the Entropy-Weight union fuzzy mathematics as the method, constructed highway route selection model of rolling country, compared with traditional AHP, the scale was more accurate when used this model to the highway route selection at rolling coutry, to change truncation collection was allowed to consider the policy-making criterion's uncertainty, to change optimistic indexλwas allowed to consider the prefer of the policy-maker. The example confirmation indicated that, this model has a better practical value in view of the rolling country route selection decision-making.4. Elaborated actual utilization condition of the decision-making model constructed in the article, and with the example confirmation, showed practical appropriation of the model constructed in this research, has carried on the summary to decision-making process of the highway route selection assistance decision-making model. |
