Under the strategic requirements of centralized and logistics, the railway system carries out the measure of express freight " door to door " transportation to participate in the combined transport with horizontal integration, which need the support of impeccable forwarding nodes, infrastructure and equipment and the resources of customer, organization and information, and so on. However, owing to the resources limitations of the railway itself and unreasonable distribution of resource, all kinds of resources with the different sources and different levels in a uncoordinated and irregular state, in order to improve the overall collaborative and promote the development of railway entire logistics, it is imperative to speed up the integration and reorganization of resources.On the basis of analyzing the resources status of railway express freight" door to door "transportation, the article designs the architecture of resources integration from capacity resources within the railway system, social resources outside the railway system, customer resources, organization resources and information resources to solve the problems of decentralized management, backward equipment, insufficient force to develop logistics of all kinds of node and the low utilization of social resources, then research the study one by one. Firstly, take the railway freight stations as the object to research the capacity resources within the railway system, putting forward the idea of realizing integration based on the development mode of the station, in order to change the layout structure from along the railway line to regional and layered, then establish the model of fuzzy clustering analysis based on objective function and choose the fuzzy c-means algorithm. Secondly, putting forward to form logistics alliances to integrate the social resources outside the railway system, using the mode of cournot to calculate the earnings and analyze the league is formed or not into game theory. Using the means of comprehensive integration based on the satisfaction with assignment benefit, which take the importance degree of enterprise into account and synthesize the method of Shapley values, the core and simplified MCRS. Finally, generating the strategy of customer segmentation, regional company of railway logistics and information integration platform to realize the integration of customer resources, organization resources and information resources to ensure the coordination degree and play full function of system resources.Studies show that the proposed way of integrating railway freight station resources based on the development mode is scientific and reasonable to some extent, which has a guiding significance of the development of railway express freight " door to door " transportation and the improvement of the railway logistics network. To calculate the interest distribution by means of comprehensive integration based on the satisfaction is more fair and reasonable, which is conducive makes sure the stability of the alliance relationship. The integration of customers, organization and information is the key to coordinate and control the resources of system. However, the article pays attention to study the strategies and methods of the integration of various resources, the question need to be further studied is evaluation of the efficiency of resource integration and optimization of the resource allocation in the entire service network.
