| In recent years,with the sintered clay brick gradually withdraw from the stage of history,a variety of new wall materials have been rapidly developed. The production of renewable crops straw brick of the regenerated crops not only solve the ecological problems caused by the improper treatment of large crops,but also expand the scope of application for the application of wall materials. As a new type of wall material,whether the renewable crops straw brick can be popularized and applied in production decide by the necessary experimental research related to its performance. According to the characteristics of the new material wall is easy to crack,this paper will discuss the drying shrinkage performance of recycled crops straw brick and masonry. The main research contents include:(1) Experimental study on the basic material of renewable crops straw brick: According to the basic wood properties test,the research provided the preliminary preparation for the experiment of drying shrinkage performance of renewable crops straw brick and masonry. The test mainly include the compressive strength test, flexural strength test,initial water content test and water absorption test of the renewable crops straw brick.(2) Experimental study on drying shrinkage performance of renewable crops straw brick: Through the experimental study on shrinkage performance of renewable crops straw brick under different curing conditions,the length chances of the sample from the sample to the 110 day old was measured,then to reflect the chances of the shrinkage and deformation of the recycled crop straw tiles with the age. I analyze the age,ambient temperature and relative humidity on the test results renewable crops straw brick shrink performance,and based on renewable fitting straw bricks drying shrinkage estimation formula.(3) Experimental study on drying shrinkage performance of mixed mortar: In different curing conditions,through two kinds of mortar test blocks with different strength grade,the drying shrinkage performance of 1 days from days to 100 days of age are tested. I analyze the age,ambient temperature,relative humidity,and intensity on mixing mortar shrinkage properties,and based on the test results to fit different intensity mixing mortar drying shrinkage estimation formula.(4) Experimental study on drying shrinkage performance of renewable crops straw brick masonry: Through the experimental study on the drying shrinkage performance of four pieces of renewable crops straw brick masonry in natural curing environment,I find out the law of drying shrinkage value in natural curing conditions with the age change of the crop straw brick masonry. I analyze the age,ambient temperature,relative humidity,mortar strength and its constraints on the test results renewable crops straw brick drying shrinkage,and based on renewable straw fitting brickwork free drying shrinkage estimation formula.(5) Suggestions on the construction of the renewable crops straw brick masonry: The measures to prevent and control the cracking of the straw brick masonry of the regenerated crops should be mainly based on prevention. In this paper,from the material,design and construction of three aspects into account,we can take the necessary measures to strengthen the standardized and scientific management,to minimize or avoid the cracks in the wall. |
