Modern tram gradually to the attention of the people With its characteristics of safe, reliable, comfortable, energy conservation, environmental protection, low cost, and many other advantages, especially the small cities which can’t take the subway huge investment. Compared with traditional trams, Modern trams has greatly improved in comfort, energy conservation, environmental protection, beautiful vehicles and power supply mode, very suitable for the area such as business district, pedestrian street, the urban core transfer, suburb as well as the scenic tourist area. After the rapid rise of European cities, the big cites in our country were established on a large scale Modern trams project planning, there are Shenyang, Suzhou, Nanjing and other cities of Modern tram has put into operation.At present most of the tram with the mixture of vehicle road witch would enjoy independent way in most routes, however, they must together with social vehicles when crossing intersections, and stop waiting together with social vehicles when they meet a red light, so whether security quickly through the crossroads with mixture of social vehicles is the key to the efficiency of Modern trams. Improving the efficiency of tram through crossroads means reducing the waiting time for tram stop at the crossroads as far as possible, so we must optimize the tram’s control strategy to make the tram arrived at every crossroads can coincided with the green light as far as possible.This paper will first introduce the Simulation Platform of Trams Scheduling Management Command System, and emphasis on what I am responsible for the function, which is the display interface design of the System, and the part of crossroads in the Train running simulation implementation of the System, and other functions. Then discuss two methods for the optimization of control strategy on the basis of the System:The first is reference for the drivers with recommended speed prompt window, prompt the driver so that he can correctly adjust the tram speed at any time, to make sure that the tram arrived at the next crossroad when the light is just green. Second is optimize the social traffic rights at the crossroads and using the "red light broken early, green light extension "and other control strategies, further ensure the tram through the crossroads priority.
