| In recent years, our economy has achieved rapid development, city urbanization gradually accelerated, people’s living standard has been greatly improved.These problems caused a series of consequences, such as the increasing gap between rich and poor, the economic development imbalance between city and countryside, the difference of people’s educational degree. The traditional southern Sichuan rural primary schools have not considered the special regional environment, and there is no obvious difference between the architectural image and the urban primary school. In order to better adapt to the development of teaching mode and improve the quality of education space, the primary schools design should have the exploration of rural culture and the construction of the form of innovation under the premise of meeting the basic function.Firstly, through the research to a large number of theory and data, the paper summed up the rural education theory and development recently. Secondly, from three aspects of architecture materials, architecture space, architecture language, the paper sumarizes the design method suitable for southern Sichuan rural primary schools architecture. Finally, combined with the actual project of the region -the case of Luzhou Gulin County Baima Village Primary School architecture design, according to the present situation and the existence question proposed Baima village primary school building design principles and methods, create a Baima village primary school architecture model.On the one hand, the paper through a large number of rural field research, to explore the current status of rural primary school in South Sichuan area and the deep-seated reasons;On the other hand, the paper provides theory and suggestions for southern Sichuan primary school building design in the depth and breadth, gives the reference for the design of rural primary school building in South Sichuan area, and has a certain positive significance to the rural landscape and cultural heritage protection. |
