Application And Research The Central Server Of Smart Home Based On ZigBee

With the development of economic science and technology, the people’s requirements of home environment have gradually improved. Especially as the popularity of intelligent terminals and development of mobile Internet, the smart home system has already changed greatly. Controlled by the single mode of the traditional complex, it is the trend of Mobile Internet that functional diversification and convenient. The combination of smart home system based on ZigBee and intelligent mobile which is based on Android makes the user can control the appliance and the environment information etc. Except the above functions, the App on the mobile phone can also help users to get the community information, which due to this system has not only the traditional functions,but also integrate other information system together, which is useful for the users.Because the different parts of the system use different protocol to communicate with each other. There exist different protocols in the system: ZigBee、TCP/IP and Infrared, and the different protocols are not compatible with each other. So in order to interconnection these systems, we proved a control center server(CCS), as a gateway.As the gate needs to deal with messages from different network,so the CCS should have the function to TCP/IP, serial communication and stores information about the household appliances. The CCS uses the Reactor model to control the events in the system, taking the system I/O, timer and signal together. Using the register about corresponding event handler to handle the events. The CCS and CMS are based on the XMPP protocol, use this protocol the CCS can receive the messages send from the CMS. According to the above scheme we can make the indoor network, CCS and CMS integrality. In order to the security accessing from another local network using the VPN and SSL technology.According to this design, the mobile can control the home devices and obtain the information of houses and community. As with the developing of Mobile Internet and Intelligent hardware, the smart home system will be more important in people’s life. At the market’s aspect, the Smart Home has strong development power. From the technology’s side, there was some traditional solution need to revision and improvement.
