As the most widely used detectors in the X-ray image detection areas, the CsI:Tl based X-ray detector has a broad application prospects in many research fields because of its relatively low cost, good light detection performance, etc. With the integrated CsI:Tl film successfully prepared, its light conversion element and the coupling element with photodetector is to become the key to enhancing the quality of detecting and imaging. By means of modeling and simulation of integrated Cs I:Tl columnar film, its optical transmission characteristics and the light conversion performance under different transmission ray detection systems were studied respectivly. Meanwhile, the control software to the readout system for the integrated system of directly coupling CCD was prepared.First, a Cs I:Tl multilayer transmission model was established. And as the basis of experimental data, some parameters of the model were reasonable set to study the optical conversion characteristics of the integrated Cs I:Tl columnar film. The results found that, with the increasing thickness of the integrated crystal film, the output rate coefficient and photon exited fluorescence photons of the material also increased. Meanwhile, the spatial resolution of the Cs I:Tl film at different thickness under a 30 k Vp of Mo soft tissue-ray source was also reported. With the thickness increased, the spatial resolution of the CsI:Tl deteriorated. At the same time, as the injected energy increased, the light conversion propertiesof the material was rising.And then, the properties of the optical lens coupling, fiber optic taper coupling and direct coupling detection systems were compared and analysised. Monte Carlo statistical method was used to simulate the three systems. The results found that in the optical lens system, the qulity of the detection system became larger deterioration with the distance between the lens and the incident surface of t increased. Similarly, the cone of light through the fiber optic analog system was also found that as the distance between the exit surface and the fluorescent light detector became large, the image quality was also degrade. Thus directily integrated coupling system would have been and advantage with the design. From the direct coupling of the detection system simulation results, the system had a larger nosie.To be used for direct coupling BFLY-PGE-09S2M-C camera, the control software was prepared. The software could trigger the camera to control. And real-time measurement, automatic exposure, locally saved and other basic functions. The actual measurement process run well.
