Ultrasound eddy current integrated flaw detector is an integrated instrument of ultrasonic detection and eddy current detection.However,there is no completed calibration system for ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector in China so far.The calibration device of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector is the guarantee of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector accurate value.Therefore,aiming at the calibration status of ultrasonic eddy current flaw integrated detector,this paper studies the calibration method of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector,developed the calibration device for ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector,evaluated the uncertainty of calibration device,and successfully calibrated an integrated ultrasonic eddy current flaw detector.This paper has an important engineering significance and theoretical research value.In this paper,an ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector is developed.The research progress in china and abroad is summarized and the research contents are determined from two aspects: the domestic and international calibration research trends of the ultrasonic flaw detector and the domestic and international calibration research trends of the eddy current flaw detector.The main work of this paper includes:(1)By analyzing the working principle and circuit structure of the ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector,the functions of ultrasonic eddy current flaw detector integrated are divided into ultrasonic module and eddy current module,and the key parameters affecting the flaw detection performance are analyzed.Finally,the calibration parameters and calibration methods of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector are determined.(2)Propose the design requirements of the calibration device of the ultrasonic module and the eddy module of the ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector,analyze the technical requirements of each calibration parameter and select the corresponding standard device.What's more,we introduce the technical indicators of each standard device,and realize the calibration of the ultrasonic module and the eddy current module of the integrated ultrasonic eddy current flaw detector.Finally,the calibration device of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector is developed.(3)Evaluate and express the uncertainty of the calibration device of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector.We analyze the input factors affecting the measurement and establish a mathematical model,to evaluate the standard uncertainty,obtaining the composite uncertainty and expanded uncertainty.Finally we obtain the calibration device of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector uncertainty.(4)Establish a test platform for the calibration device of ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector.And the stability and repeatability of the calibration device is tested.The traceability and transmission block diagram of the ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector as the measurement standard are defined.Finally,an example of calibration of the tested ultrasonic eddy current integrated flaw detector is selected.
