A Study Of Urban Design On Functional Compound Of City Commercial Node Under The Compact Development Target

This paper closely follows the goal of contemporary urban compact development, which gives rise to the functional composite trend of urban commercial node, and promotes the organic integration of urban functional space and urban commercial node in space organization, even makes each functional space penetrates within the commercial node. Under the background of sustainable development of city, the trend of urban commercial node function compound is increasing rapidly.This paper focuses on "urban commercial node function compound", from two aspects of theory and practice, puts forward that to promote the opening, the penetration and the compound of functional space, and sums up the various models of the penetration and combination of urban commercial node function space.This paper that bases on the case study and puts the urban design as a research perspective, is divided into five chapters:The first chapter defines the basic concept, research contents, research background, research method, etc.The second chapter points out that the spatial development of contemporary urban commercial node space in China is tend to be organic, and trigger the composite trend of different functional spaces in spatial organization.The third chapter combined with the relevant theory, and deeply analyzes the excellent cases of the compound development of urban commercial nodes at home and abroad, analyzes the characteristics of urban commercial node’s function compound, so that to provides a strong theoretical and practical basis for this article.The fourth chapter researches on urban design method for urban commercial node function compound, and analyzes the strategies of urban commercial node’s function compound under the compact development target, such as: the relative centralized arrangement of the functional spaces with the same nature; the urban public transportation combined with urban commercial node; the urban public space combined with urban commercial node; each functional space penetrates with eachother in the commercial node’s building; vertical composite of commercial format in the urban commercial node, etc.The fifth chapter draws the conclusion of the study and makes a prospect.This paper argues that, with the development of the urbanization and urban space, urban functional space on the basis of the partition tends to organic combination. We should follow the functional mixed and compact city theory, using space infiltration and functional compound design method, promote urban public transport and urban public space combined with urban commercial node, so that to promote each functional space penetrates with each other in the commercial node’s building, and finally to create a harmonious and complete urban space environment.This paper is expected to provide reference and inspiration to the planning and renewal of urban commercial nodes in our country, and to explore a compact,efficient and orderly organization mode, so that to achieve the planning and design of spatial coordination and functional organic compound.
