| As an important part of Navigation System, Navigation Computer undertakes the central control system during missile flight. In recent years, along with the development of Navigation System, requirements for the performance of Navigation Computer become higher and higher, including real-time acquisition of various physical signals, communication with peripheral equipments, high speed and high precision data resolving, small size and low power. According to these requirements, this paper presents design and realization of hardware module of Navigation Computer based on DSP and FPGA.Firstly, general architecture of hardware is proposed according to function analysis of Navigation Computer. Moreover, the basic configuration elements of Navigation Computer are selected and designed.Secondly, the key technology of each module of Navigation Computer is studied and designed. The main points are as the following(1) Design of the asynchronous serial interface expansion based on FPGA.(2) High precision conditioning of overload signal and linear isolation transfer of battery voltage.(3) Design of interface circuits and drivers for AD converter, SDRAM and FLASH.Finally, test results show that the communication between DSP and five RS422 devices is correct, SDRAM can be read and write normally, booting from NOR FLASH can be realized and sample precision of each physical signal can meet requirements. |
