ICE contract is the short of The Ins titution of Civil Engineers abbreviation, used in international construction which is very extensive. Construction works are r ela ted to all aspects of content and faced many risks. Therefore, the analysi s and r esearch of contractor ’s risk based on ICE Conditions of Cont ract have practical significance. After ana lyzing t he current situation at home and abroad, we find t he research on the ICE construc tion c ontrac t is relatively small, whi le the i nterna tiona l construction market contracted project i s very much, a variety of fact ors will a ffect t he inter nati onal risk management, so a higher level of management c hall enge is proposed, whic h requires more s cholar s and engineer s to develop a more conservat ive re sponse to the international project contracting risk program.Firstl y,the paper desc ribes t he whole process management of construction risk for future s tudy provi ding a macro guidance. Secondly,disti nguishing and e valuating the contractor ’s risk on the basis of ICE construction contract, analyzing of the contractor’s risk provisions and claims provisions. By introducing extension assessment model, evaluating the risk factors faced by the contractor.The last, putting forwa rd s ome controllable responses, under the terms of the contract the contractor ICE risk response, i n addi tion to the risk of the contractor must also be monitore d reasonably. Taki ng some posi tive meas ures for di fferent risk levels to ensure t hat t he cont ract or’s risk you can achieve a c ontrollable range.Taking the Sino-British joint venture woolen mi ll construction project for example,which is carried out extension evaluat ion based on the I CE conditions of contract,and identifying, a nalyzing and eva luat ing the risk at all level s in the cont ract or’s point of view.Finally, the cor responding risk monitoring countermeasure is proposed.
