Research On Risk Management Of ZGDJ Electric Power Construction Enterprise Engineering Contract

The construction unit and the contractor shall,in order to complete the agreed construction project,make clear the agreement of mutual rights and obligations.In accordance with the construction contract,the construction unit shall complete the construction tasks assigned by the construction unit,and the construction unit shall provide the necessary conditions and pay the project price according to the provisions.The project contract is related to the project and the guarantee of human rights and obligations of each other,providing a voluntary basis each other to fulfill the standard basis.With not only reducing the risks,the project contract is beneficial to safeguard the economic interests of enterprises,but also have an important significance to coordinate each other's social benefits and the internal and external environment.Engineering contract risk management is a key topic in the field of risk management,but many studies now are limited to find the overall risk management,while there is no research on link specific areas of risk management.This paper tries to explain the theory of risk management of engineering contract the risk management process system of ZGDJ enterprises,through the elaboration of the risk management process of ZGDJ company proposed risk response measures,as reference for enterprises,and enrich the theory of practice.First of all,the background and present situation of this thesis are briefly introduced and summarized,and then the theoretical summary of risk management and engineering contract risk management is introduced.Based on extensive literature reading on the interpretation of the contract risk management evaluation index and management system,and established the system of the risk management process of enterprise ZGDJ,and finally put forward specific risk assessment standards and risk management measures.The innovation of this paper is that it focuses on the establishment of contract risk management process,system and Countermeasures in ZGDJ enterprises,so as to improve the ability of enterprise contract risk prevention and control.It is hoped that through the study of this paper,the theory and practice of contract risk management can be added to the example,and the further development of contract risk management can be expected.
