Water is an indispensable renewable resource for human survival and economic development of society, the shortage has become a constraint on economic development in the short handle Fen River basin. Carrying capacity of water resources in order to understand the role of water resources to promote social and economic infrastructure, and understanding of the linkages society and its resources, and environmental development and achieve sustainable development of water resources.Along with the rapid economic and social development, people’s growing demand for water to strengthen, among the early warning system in the state, to achieve economic and social in a limited amount of water resources for sustainable development, raises capacity and sustainability of water resources which a field of study.This article summarized the research based on the data of water resources in Fenhe River for many years, compared to the carrying capacity of water resources. In the water resources carrying capacity of the system constitutes a comprehensive evaluation index system of the water resources carrying capacity.It was evaluated by calculating the model, calculated on the Fen River water resources carrying capacity. The method is mainly used AHP comprehensive evaluation model of multi-level structure right blurred.The purpose is to improve the utilization of water resources, optimize the allocation of water resources to further promote water-saving society, improved water resources management, put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the sustainable development of the Fen River water resources.
