The Analysis And Research On Water Resource Capacity Of Wuyang City

The theme of the paper is the carrying ability of water resource expounded by the instance of the carrying ability of water resource of Wuyang city. The carrying ability of water resource was represented during the process of economic and social developments which pollute water resource, deteriorate entironment, reduce potent amounts of water resource and cause the problem of water demand and water supply. Therefore, the theory offers means to mitigate these problems by calculating the value of the carrying ability of water resource which controls the economic and social developments plans. In the scope of the carrying ability of water resource, the economic and social developments can be virtually on the road of sustainable development.The paper contains seven chapters. The former three chapters summarize the production of the theory. The first chapter is preface, the second chapter starts with the relating theory of carrying ability which educes the carrying ability of water resource, then discusses the conception, connotation, character, affecting factors and the basic study principle of the theory, last summarizes all kinds of evaluated models and explains the index responsible for the model. The third chapter is mainly about the relation of the carrying ability and the sustainable development of water resource. Their essence is the same, which both were represented at the same time when the problem of population, resource, and environment afflicting our survival. They both emphasize the mutual relation of population, resource, and environment and solve the problems among them. Their difference is the angle they stand. Sustainable development emphasizes the ability of sustainable, harmonious, equitable development, and the limits between natural resource and environment. Otherwise, the carrying ability of water resource is from the point of practice andcalculates the virtual value of the carrying ability on the principle of -sustainable development which can be used for reference of social and economic development.The fifth and sixth chapter is the key parts of the paper, which set forth the evaluated model of carrying ability of water resource. The fifth chapter is the calculated model;the sixth chapter is the model verifying the results of the calculated model. The fifth chapter looks for the main index by analytical method of the main elements, and then establishes regression equation calculating the amount of water supply on the plans of social and economic development. The amount of water supply and plans of social and economic development consist the aggregate of the carrying ability of water resource. The sixth chapter verifies the availability of the carrying ability by sustainable ability calculated by AHP. The social and economic development carried by water resource with the most sustainable ability is the utmost ability it can carry.
