According to the Hain rules and accident iceberg theory in the safety management, there are 29 signs of the accident behind the major flight accidents, there are 300 symptoms behind every sign of the accident. How to detect and avoid hidden safety problems behind the accident becomes the key to moving forward the training flight safety boundrary.Over-limit events diagnosis is an important part of the flight training in guaranting safety.Through the collection and analysis of daily flight data, found the risks in the presence of flight operation, take corrective measures, eliminate hidden dangers, reduce the accident rate. At present, in the flight training field, the more advanced mode is that combinating surveillance by ADS-B system with over-limit event later diagnosis, but they are two independent departments of each other operation, which has not kept up with active safety management trend in flight training.With the development and advance by leaps and bounds of ground-air broadband communication technology in general aviation, the technology characteristics of ultra wideband、ultra high-speed and low latency make the over-limit event real-time diagnosis possible. The thesis was part of the project "Research on key technology of Air-Ground broadband communication for general aviation and came up with the over-limit events real-time diagnosis and alarming method based on ground-air broadband communication data. This method can combinate aircraft real-time surveillance and over-limit event real-time diagnosis, and the way of real-time diagnosis can instead of later diagnosis, which is an active safety management method to move forward the training flight safety boundrary, to alarm instantly for over-limit event and to prevent effectively occurrence of potential safety problems. Meanwhile, it also can provide the basis to improve flight training method and quality for the training department.The thesis’s research object is flight training represented with Xinzhou 600 aircraft, and attempt to establish an over-limit events real-time diagnosis and alarm model based on Xinzhou 600 aircraft’s operating manuals、flight manuals and related material. The model is divided into flight phase real-time discriminate algorithm and every flight phase’s over-limit event real-time diagnosis model, using C language programming techniques and related algorithms to achieve automatic diagnosis and alarm on computer; Utilizing web development technology, Ajax technology, PHP technology and mySQL database technology to construct the real-time alarm platform for over-limit events based on the Browser/Server model, on which can achieve the five functions:flight phase real-time discrimination, every flight phase’s over-limit event real-time diagnosis, original data real-time updating, aircraft position real-time monitoring and over-limit event real-time alarming. The real-time alarm platform had certainly openness and versatility,though verified by the actual flight data, for the first time in flight training achieved the over-time events real-time diagnosis and real-time alarm, and the real-time alarm platform also for the first time achieved the combination with aircraft position real-time monitoring and over-limit events real-time diagnosis.
