Brushless DC motors are widely used in aerospace, automotive electronics, industrial machine tools and so on. It retains the characteristics of a good speed DC motor based on the same time with a small, low inertia, high efficiency, and high control accuracy. With the power electronics technology, computer control technology rapid development, industrial motor control requirements become increasingly demanding, therefore, to study the control method has a broad meaning.The design and analysis of the brushless DC motor works in basic speed control algorithm PI, predictive functional control based on this article to correct shortcomings PI algorithm derived fractional PI predictive functional control algorithm (FOPIPFC). ARMAX model is introduced, easy to identify. Recursive damped least square method and the use of online identification BLDC model.Embedded control system can achieve real-time control, multi-task concurrent operation, with high integration. Widely used in electronic devices and industrial control. ARM9 development board with a powerful storage and computing functions, ease of development to write applications, and affordable. Therefore, this design choice Samsung S3C2440 ARM9-core processor, peripheral hardware design and embedded Linux operating system tailoring and transplantation, driver development, human interface design, write applications. In the hardware circuit design, circuit driving three-phase full-bridge inverter circuit, and current sampling circuit design, Hall sensor position detection circuit, a voltage detection circuit to complete the control system design.Double-loop speed control strategy chosen design speed loop and current loop. The outer ring to achieve motor speed control using fractional order PI predictive functional control (FOPIPFC) algorithm, the inner ring selection and PI Predictive Functional Control (PIPFC) algorithm. And the motor selected entity ARMAX model, Recursive damped least square method to identify the parameters, thereby it is speed control system to achieve optimal control.
