Brushless Direct Current Motor(BLDCM)has been widely used in the industrial automation equipment,medical electron and many other areas.Because it has the positive features of high efficiency,high speed,long life,and stable performance.Brushless DC Motor can be combined to combine multiple variables,powerful connections,nonlinearities and strong variations over time.The previous control methods are too much dependent on the mathematical model of the motor.In this paper,the speed control system of Brushless DC Motor is designed based on the predictive control strategy.In the first,the internal structure and operation strategy of Brushless DC Motor are analyzed emphatically,and the differential equation and transfer function of Brushless DC Motor are determined.Brushless DC Motor control system uses dual closed-loop feedback control which has the inner ring of the current loop and the outer ring of the speed loop.The current loop adopts the proportional integral controller,and the speed loop uses the predictive control and the simulation control algorithm.The simulation results show that the algorithm of predictive control of the Brushless DC Motor speed control has the advantages of on-line calculation,better anti-interference,excellent performance and other characteristics.Brushless DC Motor speed control characteristics has been enhanced.The overall control performance is better than the conventional PID control system.Based on the comparison between theoretical research and simulation analysis,the motor system hardware and software design of TMS 320C6748 digital signal processor is analyzed theoretically,and the experiment is carried out,and the conclusion is drawn to prove the feasibility of the prediction function theory.
